The Balearic Sea conceals a never-ending, spectacular show. Groups of Mediterranean bream dining on seaweed; razorfish and flatfish hiding under the sand, while shoals of silversides flee from the attacks of saddled sea bream, barracudas or garfish; and a large variety of animals with a fascinating capacity for camouflage such as the octopus, the cuttlefish, the scorpion fish and the seahorse. We must ensure this spectacle is available to everyone who doesn’t witness it first hand with their goggles and snorkels.

They reminds us that the conservation of the sea and the Balearic coast are key elements in the economic recovery of the Balearic Islands. We are at the beginning of a long road and will need your support to ensure a high level of participation, so we can show your images to local, national and international audiences.
